Abstract :
With the development of modern hot-dip galvanizing technology, the automation technology is also improved daily and laser welder also become the developing trend in the future. In order to ensure continuous production, MCC hengtong cold rolled technology company has introduced the French´s CLECIM LW 21 L laser welder. Through the field application and improvement, it indicates: the welding process is advanced, and it has high automation level. Meanwhile it can reduce the rate of parking effectively and reduce the cost of production.
