  • Abstract
    In this paper, the calculation of external circuit impedances looking outside from the active device in a millimeter wave oscillator cavity, as well as the optimal design of the bias coaxial-line filter, have been studied. Based on the theoretical study, Ka-band oscillators have been developed.
