  • Abstract
    The main frame is a part of Marine Tensioner, which is used on the ship of laying oil pipeline in deep sea. The structural strength of the main frame must meet the requirements of Marine Tensioner, because its working load is larger. Analyzing the structural strength of the main frame is the key of assurance the reliability of Marine Tensioner. In the article, the structure of the main frame is described, and its strength is calculated with Ansys software. By the calculated result, the key positions of stress concentration in the main frame have been strengthened.
