  • Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis and the experimental study of MSMA dual-coil self-sensing actuator, this paper attemped to analyze and show the design of the structure and principle of MSMA single-coil self-sensing actuator. By establishing a model of single-coil self-sensing actuator used by ANSYS finite element-edge element method, the thesis intends to analyze the magnetic field distribution of the model under excitation voltage changes and to further explore the practical value and the promising prospect of MSMA in engineering application with the help of drawing the magnetic flux density curves of EI silicon steel sheet and MSMA changing with the voltage.
