Abstract
Software reliability prediction is a statistical method to put in place a timely software development practice useful for objective assessment of bidders. The current study suggests one research method that enables reliability assessment on such previous projects by studying user satisfaction. The fact that qualitative factors are more important than quantitative factors and that due to difficulties in measurement, the previous evaluation model only considered the one-sided aspect such as business environment or technical skills. This research presents a method to evaluate outsourcing businesses through reliability predictions on quantitative and qualitative factors of the proposed businesses.
