The Solutions to Intellectual Capital Sharing of Research Institutions

The sharing of intellectual capital can make up the intellectual capital inadequacy of either individuals or scientific and research institutions. The scattering knowledge and experience or other intellectual capital in a research institution can be integrated by intellectual capital shattering. However, something is in the way of intellectual capital sharing. The thesis introduces the connotation of intellectual capital sharing, concluded its obstacles. With the references of many experts´ ideas, some suggestions and measures are put forward in this thesis in the hope of improving the intellectual management in research institutions.
