Abstract
Results are presented of the dielectric properties at 2.45 GHz for several engineering ceramics over the temperature range 20°C to 800°C. An increase in the loss tangent is observed in some of these materials. In the case of zirconia there is some evidence to indicate a thermally activated conductivity
