Research on new method of automobile developing process reengineering

The development method of automobile is put forward which is based on Information Synthesis Approach (ISA), Concurrent Engineering (CE) and Net Brainstorm (NBS), which aims at accelerating development of Automobile. There are four modules such as development preparation; automobile design, automobile manufacturing and automobile sell which make a magic ball according to rules of ISA. The four modules can subdivide into little magic balls. The balls of same hierarchy are carried through by Concurrent Engineering. In order to find more and better development concepts, they feed back information reciprocally with principle of ISA. NBS is the main innovation mode in every job of automobile development.
