Abstract :
The safety of the oblique lane of coal mine is always the weak link in the coal mine safety production, whose auxiliary transportation system is controlled by manual operation. The low levels of automation equipment and transportation efficiency seriously restrict the development of the coal mine. Now, the oblique lane of coal mine is faced with the low automation and intelligent, which lead to the accidents happen frequently. It hinders the management and development of the intrinsically safe in coal mine. Furthermore, it is difficult to realize that no person walks as the mine car running or no mine car runs as some person walking because of the long tunnel. So the roadster accidents often occur in the coal mine, which results in huge loss. In order to ensure the security and high efficiency in the oblique lane of coal mine, the control system based on DeviceNet is introduced in the paper. The system is composed of the host computer and the lower computer. The touching screen is used as the host computer and the PLC is adopted as the lower computer. The typical position, such as warding off car, car arrester and mine car sliding-down preventive device, is equipped a slave station PLC, which is connected with the master station by DeviceNet. The experiment shows that the system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and strong.
