Abstract
Laser surface texturing is regarded as a useful method for improving tribological property of working surface. Meanwhile, the variables of technology have undetectable effects on surface topographies, such as pulse frequency induced by the distances of pulse-acting points and the revolution speed of optic axis. Doubtlessly, laser power turns to be a complicated function of these variables, which devoted to a tough way to express their relations accurately for ahead of study. Moreover, enough basic tents of theory can be borrowed to interruption for expectation in the process of micro-texturing on critical surfaces. And thus pulse frequency and the distance between mirror and material surface were chosen and studied for improving the surface topographies realized by Nd3+: YAG laser, assisting a better performance of friction and wear. The single-factor method was exerted in the process of analysis, one international 3D morphology meter and its accessory codes were adopted before the analysis of constitutive influence by referred parameters in given duration on characteristic parameters of texturing surface, the results are shown in figures by Abbott curve and characteristic parameters that were compared in the literate.
