  • Abstract
In this paper, based on the raw data from the patients in hospital, data are analyzed with the correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, stepwise regression and so on. the correlation relationship between the initial insulin dosage of diabetes patients and sexuality, age, body high, weight, diet intake, amount of exercise, blood sugar, urine glucose, urine protein, blood creatinine, concurrent infection et al. are studied, and by stepwise regression analysis, and the relation formulate between Insulin dosage and its key influence factors: blood sugar and urine protein are derived, which may give some guide to clinical medical treatment.
