  • Abstract
This paper provides a rational description and the evolution of the Flower Constellations theory, from the original formulation to the 2D and 3D lattice theories and to the most recent necklace theory. The capability of these theories and their applications to classic space missions are highlighted by equations and figures as animations cannot be provided in a paper. Configurations, particularly suitable to specific space missions are given and some of configurations that may be proposed for future and/or futuristic space missions are also provided. To better understand Flower Constellations reading the papers in bibliography is indeed highly recommended.
