Abstract :
According to the requirement of a wild-radio´s power supply, a 25V/5A Solar-Pull-Push-DC-Power Supply with high precision and quickly dynamic response has been developed The CPU is TMS320LF2407A, the main circuit is pull-push DC/DC converter, and PWM control method has been used too. The accuracy and the dynamic response have been greatly improved because of the use of a digital PID regulator. So the response time is only 0.2s when the load current achieves 5A from 1A, and the ripple voltage is only 94mV when the load current is 5A. The results of application proved this solar-DC-Power-Supply is not only fully satisfied with the requirement but also have the advantages of precise output voltage, high stability, quickly dynamic response etc.
