Abstract
The coupling temperature field for aluminum stainless steel composite conductor rail/ collector shoe was simulated by finite element software ANSYS, the maximum coupled temperature changing under different current (150~600 A) and constant side distance(0.27m) was studied. The results show that, with the increasing of current, the maximum coupled temperature almost keeps unchanging when the relative sliding velocity is 120 km/h and normal force is 150 N; the maximum coupled temperature keeps unchanging at firstly and then rises when relative sliding velocity is 120km/h and normal force is 120N; In the other conditions, the maximum coupled temperature rises with the increasing of current.
