Abstract :
We consider the stabilization problem of linear, time-invariant, large scale composite systems with delays in the interconnections without any assumption of system structure. We basically show that time-delays in the interconnections do not create additional difficulties. Our main result here is that stabilization by the local memoryless state feedback is always possible
