Abstract
The circle theorem is used to prove that a generalized class E amplifier is exponentially stable. This suggests driving class E amplifiers with periodic forcing functions that have a period not necessarily equal to the switching period. Some interesting applications of these circuits include high-efficiency AC-AC power conversion
