Abstract
Tunable linear inverter, summer, integrator, squaring, and multiplier circuits in CMOS technology are presented. These circuits are based on simple inverters, have transistor sources and wells directly connected to power supplies, and all nodes other than input and output are also connected to DC sources. This arrangement gives the circuits wide bandwidths. They can be utilized for various analog functions such as frequency doublers, modulators, and biquads for frequencies well above 1 MHz
