Abstract :
We present some key 10-40 Gb/s circuits for Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) optical fiber transmission. These include 4:1 multiplexer, 1:4 demultiplexer, limiting amplifier, decision circuit, and differentiation and rectification circuitry for clock recovery.
