Abstract :
This paper presents a combination of the ION_Data database of Power Measurement, PQSecure database of Unipower, protection relay data of SEL and protection relay data of AREVA improvement Power Quality Database of Provincial Electrical Authority 2.0 (PQPEA2.0) using Web-based technology. The Provincial Electrical Authority (PEA) willPEA power quality database have to spend a lot of money on power quality meters in order to create the PEA power quality database of Thailand. The budget could be reduced if they can manage to use the protection relay data instead of increasing the number of power quality meters. The data is transmitted to the web server by internet. ION database and PQSecure database will filter only useful data using SQL´s command scripts and protection relays data of SEL, and AREVA are processed by PHP developed before being stored into PQPEA2.0. Users can operate this system through the web browser depending on their user´s authority. If the results of this research are used in the future, Thailand will have power quality database.
