Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Summed up inadequacies of the traditional design of the panel dies of the automobiles and proposed that the KBE technology applied in automotive panel design can overcome these deficiencies, and to give the examples based on the UG-NX4 this technology realization, aimed at promoting this technology applications, improves the level of Panel Die Design of our country.
