  • Abstract
    VEGA launcher, unlike other launchers (e.g. Ariane5), is completely assembled on its launch pad which therefore carries on a twofold function of integration support and launch support. The VEGA Ground Segment (GS) is the infrastructure which plays a primary role in allowing and controlling the integration operations of the VEGA Launch Vehicle (LV) up to the moment of its lift-off.
