Abstract
Injection molding machine is a specialized plastic molding machines, whose control technology is the one of the key technologies to enhance the overall technical level of the injection molding machine.Injection molding machine controller was introduced based on a ARM processor using the PID neural network forward algorithm in this paper. The the design plan of the controller software was given, and the design method was described briefly at the sametime. Software design focused on the temperature measurement and control program module, temperature controller structure and control flow due to the PID neural network was written. The controller carried out the process of injection molding machine control tasks by using the dual ARM processor control system of the main lower structure and PID neural network, which obtained a better control effect and provided a reference for the control system software design on different models of injection molding machine.
