Abstract :
The use of numerical modelling tools in conjunction with experimental techniques is discussed with reference to a typical problem in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), namely, the coupling between a linear dipole and a straight conductor placed inside a screened room. Comparison of measurements with results obtained using transmission-line modelling simulations show very good agreement
