This paper, based on TOD rates which are on trial now, analyses the influence of adopting TOD rates on electric cost in industrial enterprises, approaches ways of how to adjust and organize production operations rationally, looks at how to improve the property of electrical load and how to reduce the cost of using electricity in enterprises, and presents some proposals to better implement the results of TOD rates
