Abstract
In order to achieve the full and efficient use of battery power, this paper designed the dispersed battery management system, The system devised the BMU and LECU electronic control system based on C8051F040 microcontroller, it can effectively gather the battery parameters of battery voltage and current and temperature and so on in real-time, and estimate the battery SOC, and implement the fault diagnosis and alarming according to the battery status. The system connects the modules by using 485 bus, and achieves the vehicle communication by applying CAN bus. Finally this paper analyzed and tested the system functions, the experiment results have shown that the system can accurately forecast the battery SOC and the current measurement accuracy can satisfy the practice requirements.
