Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the needs of horizontal impact test, the force measurement is proposed based on tri-component force, through testing method validation experiments to measure the feasibility and proposed calibration method of tri-component force plant. The experimental data shows that the test method is feasible and test system is reliable to meet the test requirements.
