  • Abstract
    The digital definition of mechanical products is the precondition and foundation for the digital design and digital manufacturing, and also the efficient means for enterprises to reduce cost and promote core competition ability. Currently the research on the related technology of the digital definition of mechanical products is becoming a new focus in the field. In this paper, the rule-based data checking of digital definition of mechanical products is proposed on the platform of UGNX software. On the basis of identifying the data of digital definition of mechanical products, the data of digital definition are described into different rules in UG/KF language, and the rules are verified to check if the data of digital definition are accorded with data standards. Finally an application example is given to prove the validity of the method.
