  • Abstract
    On the basis of new-type digital hydraulic controllable pitch propeller and virtual prototype technique, the simulation research was conducted as follows: first, three-dimensional simulation model was built in UG, and then the model was put in Adams to establish actuator model which was later imported in Matlab/Simulink to set up digital hydraulic drive mechanism model. Second, the actuator model and digital hydraulic drive mechanism model was combined together to constitute virtual prototype. Third, the simulation of virtual prototype was conducted, which demonstrated new-type digital hydraulic controllable pitch propeller could meet the design demand of higher response speed and lower steady state error.
