Abstract :
With the rapid development of auto industry, AMT is an inevitable trend of the development of automobile. Automatic clutch is the most important modules of AMT, as well as the difficulty and the core of AMT control system. In this paper the characteristics and engaging regularity of the clutch engaging process are firstly analyzed, and then the engaging control strategy based on fuzzy theory is proposed. The intention fuzzy controller of start and the engaging fuzzy controller are designed. Finally the simulation model of the clutch engaging process is established by MATLAB simulink. the simulation results proves that the control strategy and the design the controller are reasonable.
