Abstract

Centralized electricity monitoring and controlling equipment was developed. The authors outline this equipment´s hardware and software, and describe the application of this system to large-scale facilities. This equipment is a workstation-based power plant controller and supervisor and uses an individual processing system with a multiple communications control unit and data processing units arranged under control of the CPU. The system can monitor/control 128 remote stations
