Abstract :
We propose a probing system for measurement of chemical concentration from deep tissue. The detection region of the probe of 0.5 mum-diameter was 0.134 mum in depth by FDTD simulation. Using this probe, calcium fluorescence at gradual depth was measured from a deep area of an insect brain where it was difficult by the optical microscope.
