Abstract :
The present paper inspected the actual standby power consumption of commonly used office equipment and microcomputers as well as trailed and studied the use of the office equipment of three typical enterprises in Kunming. The results showed that the office equipment has a huge standby power consumption and there is a broad space in energy saving and emission reduction. An enterprise can save plenty of energy and reduce power consumption and emission to realize a low carbon office work by strengthening the management and raising the conscientiousness of energy saving.
