Abstract :
The project involved combining from two to six Gunn diode oscillators using various Wilkinson combining circuits at 12 GHz. By a small adaptation of the circuits the diodes were also injection locked. In some cases the combined power was greater than the sum of the individual powers of each oscillator. This was due partly to the increase spectral purity of the combined oscillator
