Abstract :
The water turbine´s rotary blade has a spatial warping hood face, so the hydroelectric generation stations are always puzzled how to field measure this hood face. This paper puts forward a new method of rotary blade profile´s field surveying by using measuring robots. It also makes the analysis of the measuring robots´ working principle as well as advantages. The prototype of the measuring robot has been triturated, and reached the design and usage requirements by field measuring rotary blade profile.
