Abstract :
Three high-performance cross point switches have been designed using elements from an SCFL-based standard cell library. 8*8, 16*16, and 32*32 bit configurations have been implemented. Designed for high signal fidelity, data rates above 2.5 Gb/s have been measured with data eye openings sufficient for real system applications.<>
