Investigation and analysis of existing building use and maintenance

Based on the mode of "general investigation, key measurement and comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility", through ensus and key-point investigation of 1615 existing buildings of different phases, different structure type, different use function, full investigation and statistical classification and analysis of different building types were made from the aspect of function, structural safety, fire safety, energy conservation and other aspects of building use and maintenance. Finally, from technical and management view, proposed suggestions of existing building use and maintenance.
