Abstract :
To promote the information technology development of the textile enterprise, achieve production information integration and data share for all the workshops in the local area network(LAN), in this paper, first, we analyze the actual system requirements, study the weaknesses of the existing computer monitoring system, introduce the system design project, propose the network model based on C/S mode, and develop a remote production information monitoring and control system via the techniques of database, network, and communication, etc. Second, we also analyze the technical problems in the system design process, and propose the corresponding solutions. Third, through production monitoring and control coefficient indexes, we design a system decision-making model by using the expert method and fuzzy control theory. As verified by application, being compared with the traditional production monitoring systems, the remote monitoring and control system has some obvious advantages, because it can achieve the comprehensive management and production information integration in the LAN, realize the production data share and scientific management decision for all the workshops, and provide an information management platform for the production managers.
