Abstract
The Binary Hough Transform is a variation of the Hough transform with modified slope/intercept parametrization. This paper is intended to discuss the implementation of BHT in VLSI. It starts with a brief review of three basic architectures and discusses general aspects relevant to VLSI implementation and the actual design of a 9-output BHT basic module
