Abstract :
In this paper, two kinds of complex dynamical networks with time-varying delays are considered. The first is that the elements of each node have the same time-varying delays and all nodes in network have the same time-delay vector. The second is that the elements of each node have different time-varying delays and all nodes in network have the same time-delay vector. The stability criteria are obtained by using Kronecker product, Lyapunov functional method, linear matrix inequalities (LMI) and matrix measure.
