Abstract :
This paper discusses the relative withdraw brightness value in image retrieval. Generally, the image brightness is always used in content-based image retrieval. In this procedure, people must consider how to reduce the bad influence that cause by the brightness value. So it is important to know that how to process the brightness value of pixel in image retrieval. In this paper, one simple and practical process has been given far the image retrieval based on image content.
