  • Abstract
    Firstly, the different factors in the hydrological process and information treatment were analyzed. Secondly, application of the neural networks model with the basis of genetic Algorithms were studied. Thirdly, based on GIS map, the basin rainfall runoff forecast method was put forward. Through GIS rainfall information treatment, the precision of input datum to the rainfall runoff model was improved. Finally, through example analysis, the dependability and efficiency of the method application in rainfall runoff forecast was examined.
