Abstract
The author describes a pragmatic and simple process for creating on-line help for an Operating System/2 (OS/2) presentation manager (PM) application. He defines on-line help, describes how to create an outline as a roadmap to link help information to an application, provides an example of an outline that illustrates typical help information, and explains how a particular tool was used to create the on-line help
