Abstract :
As technology alliances become an increasingly important weapon for companies in achieving a competitive advantage, an important subject of investigation has become those factors that contribute to the success of the alliance. Organizational citizenship behavior has been visibly noted in management is its positive impacts on organization performance. The paper mainly discusses the characteristic and influencing factors of organizational citizenship behavior in technology alliances. The perceived organizational support and inter-organizational trust in technology alliance are analyzed to how to affect on the organizational citizenship behaviors. And the theoretical model is proposed in this article which is pointed that employees´ perceived organizational support positively influences organizational citizenship behaviors and inter-organizational trust positively promotes employees´ perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors in technology alliance. The conclusion of this study enriches the theory research on OCB and technology alliance and lays a foundation for further empirical research.
