Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
In this dissertation, the ceramic filter media is the new environment-friendly production of red mud, using chitosan as a modifier and the new ceramic filter as the carrier, which were used to modify its surface function, to improve its removal rate of copper ions. By the research of the sorption of the modified ceramic filter media on Cu , we have determined the impact of initial concentration, pH, adsorption time, and media content on the removal rate. And when certain conditions were met, the removal rate of Cu of the modified ceramic filter media could be up to 95% or more.
