In the environment of the fierce competition, most enterprises of our country generally have the short life, both of which are facing the pressure of how to achieve sustainable growth. As to the enterprises of China, which under the economic in transition, it´s very important to study the sustained growth problem that based on dynamic core competence. This article based on the introduction of the concept of enterprises´ dynamic core competence and the theory of enterprises´ sustained growth, anglicizing the factors that affect the enterprises´ sustained growth, revealing the path of enterprises´ sustained growth that based on the dynamic core competence .Finally, from the two aspects of the enterprises´ internal development and external absorption, pointing out the strategies of training the enterprises´ dynamic core competence.
