Abstract :
Outsourcing is more and more popular in human resource management. For enterprise managers, it is important to manage the relationships between the enterprise and service provider. This paper firstly review the literature about the importance and classification of outsourcing relationships; secondly, it analyses the human resource outsourcing relationship based on Game theory; lastly, it gets a conclusion that in order to make human resource management outsourcing implement smoothly, cooperation and trust partnership between human resources outsourcing enterprises and service providers is more conducive. So partnership is the development trend of the outsourcing relationship in human resources outsourcing.
