Abstract :
This paper presents an eLearning model framework on quality management system for aerospace industry as AS9100. The objectives of this research paper were (1) to develop an eLearning model as a quality management learning tool for aerospace industry in Thailand, and (2) to refine the model based upon suggestions provided by stakeholder at the study sites and external experts. The population was workforce who works in aerospace industry in Thailand. The cluster sampling technique was applied. The hypotheses are tested by using questionnaires and interview data collected from aerospace firms operating in Thailand. ELearning model for achieving accessibility via online technical specifications and interface design have been established for the internet technology. The designed eLearning model that applied for AS9100 is TIME (Technology-Individual-Management-Environment) model. The approach adopted from QMS standard in combination of internet technology and eLearning methodology.
