Title :
A versatile microwave heating cavity: effects of temperature variation on cavity matching and tuning
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
A resonant cavity heater operating in the TE10n mode and at a frequency of 2450 MHz is used to heat a variety of chemical and industrial composite materials. Rates of heating of up to 30°C are observed, however, in some materials a progressive reduction of the rate of heating is obtained as the properties of the material change with temperature
