After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Through regulating and optimizing the outburst prevention continuously, attain better pressure relief results and effectively prevent the coal and gas outburst and the rock burst from being occurred at working face by comprehensive technical measures including mechanized working face formed, gas pre-drainage of advance extraction boreholes, standing blasting and water injection at wind road, gas pre-drainage and deep hole blasting relieving pressure at working face.
