  • Abstract
More and more people choose to have a trip in holidays meanwhile more and more tourism areas begin to jack up the price of the tickets. This outcome results in more and more tickets evaders emerged around. And the behavior of sneaking through without a ticket has affected the interest of the stakeholders such as the attraction administration, the local residents and the tourists. So the attractions administration has to take some measures to stop that behavior and the local residents will decide whether they should help the tourists at the risk of being punished. Then the game among the attraction administration, the local residents and the tourists begins.
